US/Canada Orders :
The amount of import tax and duties to be paid depends on the country that the goods are imported from. Duty tax rates are between 0 to 37.5% with the typical rate being 5.63%.
UK Orders : Import prices for products entering the UK generally consist of: Cost, Insurance, Freight and Duty, with a standard VAT of 20% levied on the entire order.

SHIPPING POLICY
100% of orders are shipped within 14-21 business days.
All orders work on pre-order basis.
STANDARD SHIPPING
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS
A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for Indian orders and 21 business days for international orders. Eating Fruits does not take responsibility for delays caused by the courier unless due to natural disasters/emergency notices. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
WRONG OR INCOMPLETE SHIPPING INFORMATION
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. Eating Fruits is not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

RETURN POLICY
You have 30 days from the shipping date of your order to return your purchase from Eating Fruits. The items must be in a good condition.

If you wish to modify or cancel your return request, please contact us so that we can process it.
If you decide not to return an item indicated in the request, you do not have to carry out any procedure, since only you will only be given a refund for items received at our studio.

If you no longer have the original packaging, you can return your order using any other packaging, as long as it is sealed correctly to avoid losing the item(s).

You don’t have to write a shipping address on your package.

REFUND POLICY

For orders paid for by Cash on Delivery, refunds shall be made via bank transfer, You will receive email confirmation of the return once it has been completed.

Please bear in mind that once the order is collected, it can take up to 6 working days to reach our facilities.

If you have not received a refund in your account after more than 14 days, please show the confirmation to your bank so that they can help you and speed up the process.

Returns cost will be deducted from your refund amount in
case of home collection.

Eating Fruits will
1. Treat customer's personal information as private and confidential (even when the customer is no longer shopping with us), and, as a general rule, not disclose such information to any other individual/institutions including its subsidiaries / associates, tie-up institutions etc. for any purpose unless
a. The customer has authorized such disclosure explicitly in writing b. Disclosure is compelled by law / regulation
c. Eating Fruits has a duty to the public to disclose i.e. in public interest
d. Eating Fruits has to protect its interests through disclosure
e. It is for a regulatory mandated business purpose such as disclosure of default to credit information companies or debt collection agencies
2. Ensure such likely mandated disclosures be communicated immediately to the customer in writing
3. Shall not use or share customer's personal information for marketing purpose, unless the customer has specifically authorized it.
4. Shall adhere to Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations, 2010 (National Customer Preference Registry) issued by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India, while communicating with customers.
